14+ years of experience in academics, Learning and Development. A Language teacher, Soft skills, Personality and Corporate trainer. She takes classes of USA, UK, Singapore, and Australian students on English Language and Literature, SAT, PSAT, and TOEFL. She is also working on developing job readiness skills for India’s future workforce.
Post completion of the M.A. and Management degree, she started her career in 2009 and soon climbed up the ladder and became training head and continued working in the Learning and Development department for various top companies.
Trained around 10,000 students till date. She has helped to develop language and professional skills for her students and job aspirants to secure placement and perform in interviews.
Conducts Train The Trainer workshops for aspiring trainers. Conducts training for NSDC, Retail, and Corporate professionals from various sectors.
